COME ON ,WAKE UP MALAWI LAW MAKERS..
I have been following with interest the latest happenings in Malawi regarding he Malswitch boss and those two women.
Its sad that things have come to this stage.Imagine the phsycological impact this will have on their families.According to the pictures that i have seen,these people must have very grown up children who are in the know of the what and what's of the world,the goings on the world that is.
We Malawians should ask ourselves plenty questions...
By the wayj i dont see a reason why there is so much fuss being made abouth these guys taking pictures.The pictures to me are very personal property.Something that these 3 people each agreed to take and keep in private.Why are the police busy looking for them,arresting them.Ohhh come on,i think we are still using the laws of colonial times.What are the law makers doing.?You go in parliament and debate silly stuff.You go there and talk about your salaries,what benefits you have to get.We are in the millenium now.Update the laws please.We didnt have such kind of things those days when some of the laws were written.Proper amendments definately need to be done so as to be in line with the times.
To me the guy who sold the pictures to the newpapers(who i understand to be a computer techniacian)is the one to to be sold for ''breach or trust''.How can he do that silly thing.?Whay are we Malawians making so much of a fuss about this.Ask orself why the HIV rate in Malawi is so high..why ?why?why..???Do you want an answer from me...here it is..The answer is because we people engange in too much sex,too much adulterly,too much sexual partners as we can see in this case.So doubtful that chishango was used in these instances.
But what i am saying again here is,people are making a story of this ,who does not know that adults have sex,there are lots of blue movie films around,lots of magazines with naked women and men.SO WHAT?WHY THE FUSS..??.By writing this its not that i am encouraging people to cheat on their partners.Its not good to cheat on your loved ones.They all did wrong by cheating on their partners.
These guys have just been unlucky.I am telling you he is not the only one to do this.There are lots of people out there in the contry who have done this before and are now thinking twice.Thinking of the proper security measures to take..Come on people thats why we have memory sticks and CDs to keep record of our private files in case our computers get into silly hands like this silly technician.
I have seen in some countries people suing.The technian here breached his customers trust.He should also face the law for distributing these pictures and invasion of privacy.To the courts in Malawi if you dont know, these are just a few other charges that can be put forward to the technian.Others can learn from this.What kind of laws are we based on guys.Come on and do the necessary amendments to the laws please.Tell me what does the DATA PROTECTION ACT in Malawi say,I would like to know more about it.Where can i go and read it..In National Library???
In some countries this guy would have been a millionare..Look,some people have been making picture CDs and selling out of his fame.Ohh poor man and women.Iknow you wish the world could just swallow you,but dont be stupid to commit suicide..This is gonna pass like water under a bridge
The police are wasting their precious time looking for him,arresting him .Why cant they go and arrest proper robbers?Why cant they go in town and arrest all the illegal Nigerians,Asians living in the country.Spend yourtime wisely guys.You are arresting this guy because he is an easy target,there is no story worthy making an arrest .What about this story that i have read about a certain teacher taking video clips of kids being raped.Those are stories we should be interested in.
THESE PEOPLE ARE GROWN UPS AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING?LEAVE THEM ALONE PLEASE.
Are you telling me that you dont know that adults do sex.They moreover did it in a locked room.So why wasting tax payers money for such kind of things..Go and get the real robbers,the real criminals not someone having consentual sex..Silly laws..i say.
